[SOLVED] Can't import pricing from any source

Postby Cybalist » Mon Nov 30, 2020 7:13 am

Hi

Having issues with importing prices.

• TCG Player – Takes many hours and imports 0 prices
• Magic Traders – Completes within seconds and imports 0 prices. It says it’s found thousands of prices and the prices file goes up to 1.4MB in size, but none of the prices show up and the “Update Prices” menu item isn’t showing.
• MTG Mint Card – MTG Studio crashes or imports nothing.

Is there anything that can be done to fix it? I have a brand new installation of version 3.113.7626, and I recently imported my card database from an older version. All looks good except for prices.

Many thanks

Working on a new TCGPlayer integration.
They have completely changed their web site and deprecated Classic ASP pages.

I have an API key for integration and my first experiments work well. Please stay tuned.

Thanks for the reply - what about Magic Traders or MTG Mint Card though? I'm not fussed what the pricing source is, I'm just looking for some ballpark figures at the moment as I want to sell my highest value cards. None of them currently work.

Cheers

Forthcoming MTG Studio 3.114 will come with support for new version of TCG Player bulk prices. The other 2 price providers were also fixed.

Hi

Have upgraded to v3.119 today, price import seems to go OK but none of the imported prices show up in my collection, so unfortunately there still seems to be a problem.
