Key failing to register online

Any tips on getting key to work?

I purchased the product on Monday March 22nd, received the key instantly, when I tried it, I got the "key failed to register online, please contact support@mtgstudio.com" error. According to the e-mail's instructions it said it might take 24 hours for the key to work. I waited 24 hours, with failure again. Tried running as admin, failed again.

I registered to this forum, and saw that I should e-mail support for something Key related. I've sent 2 e-mails with no response.

I'd really like to use the full function of the product.
