Promos set needs to be updated and changed.

The promo set is bloated and the problem will be exasperated as more sets are released. The set should be split into its constituent areas. Magic Player Rewards, Arena Promos, WPN Promos, Buy-A-Box ..... should all be in a separate set. This will enable us to actually look into each set and see what we have and do not have. The way it is set up now is convoluted. Changing the promos into individual sets will also take away the need to add information to each card name to describe where they belong.

Prerelease, Intro Deck, Release, Buy-A-Box, and Game Day promos should be part of the set they released for.
