1.6.2 Beta - Corrupt deck file

Postby Scytale » Tue Sep 30, 2008 4:09 am

After working with a deck, created in 1.6.1, amended with 1.6.2, it will no longer load:

Severity: Error
Event: Open deck
Timestamp: 30/09/2008 11:08:38
Message: Error parsing C:\...\My Decks\Dragons.deck. Message: Invalid at the top level of the document.

Line: 46
</mtgstudiodeck>.

I fixed the deck file manually and will post the corrupt deck below.

Hi Gaddlord,

I've noticed this happen to me as well with the latest 1.6.1

Admittedly, I've ignored it as I assumed it was a problem at my end, and when I've manually deleted the additional lines evertyhing is fine.

It seems to occur if I close the program when I have more that one deck open at a time - however, it is not consistent.

It happened again today when working on the same deck. Interesting it did not save any of the changes I made to the deck.

I confirm this is a bug and will be fixed in MTG Studio 1.6.2
The problem is when deleting cards from a deck and saving the deck results in not clearing the unused at the end of the deck bytes (occupied by the deleted card definitions).
