Unable to import from MTGO

First off - lovely piece of software. I intend on buying it but there's one bit of problem. I'm rather new to the whole magic game so I may be doing this wrong myself. I have both physical cards and online deck (using Magic the gathering online). I went through and added the physical cards to my 'collection'. So now i'm trying to add the online cards as well. In MTGO I select all and export to CSV. I try to import and it errors with missing columns? It looks like the CSV only has 2 colums, name and count. While the import is looking for 5 or 6 columns?

Edit: the error is "The CSV file header is not the expected Card Name,Online,For Trade,Rarity,Set,No.,Premium format.

How do I fix either this software or the MTGO software? I've checked options everywhere and didn't see how to adjust. (I've also searched the forums here and didn't see anyone else having this problem). For the record i'm using the 2.2 portable.

1. From MTG Online open your collection.
2. Select All
3. Export to CSV.
4. From MTG Studio File|Import|Collection import MTG Online Collection
